Welcome to the Rosedale Lions Club, Inc.
Chartered on June 24, 2009, the Rosedale Lions Club, Inc. proudly serves the communities of Rosedale and Southeast Queens through volunteerism, humanitarian service, leadership, and community partnerships. As part of Lions Clubs International—the world's largest service club organization—our members are committed to improving lives and strengthening our community under the Lions motto:
"We Serve."
Our club brings together individuals who share a passion for making a difference. Through hands-on service projects, health initiatives, youth development programs, environmental stewardship, hunger relief, disaster assistance, and civic engagement, we strive to create lasting, meaningful impact for those we serve.
Whether we are organizing community events, collecting eyeglasses for those in need, supporting local families, promoting health and wellness, or developing future leaders, our mission remains the same: to serve with integrity, compassion, and purpose.

Who We Are
OUR HISTORY
The Rosedale Lions Club, Inc. was officially chartered on June 24, 2009 and proudly continues the tradition of Lions service within the Rosedale community. The club was organized by then First Vice District Governor - Elect Lion Pauline C. Francis, member of the St. Albans Lions Club.
The Rosedale community has previously been served by earlier Lions clubs that were organized before the current club. While those organizations eventually dissolved, their commitment to community service helped establish a tradition of Lionism in Rosedale.
The current Rosedale Lions Club builds upon that spirit of service while operating as the club chartered in 2009 under Lions Clubs International.

Formerly presented as our Annual Family Health Fair & Block Party, the SUMMER SIZZLE STREET SOCIAL™ has evolved into the Rosedale Lions Club's signature annual community event.
Designed to bring the entire community together, this unique experience combines health and wellness, family entertainment, entrepreneurship, civic engagement, and community resources into one exciting day of service and celebration.
